SCHAP (Senior Citizen Home Repair Assistance Program)

The Parodneck Foundation’s Home Repair Assistance Program is dedicated to helping low- to moderate-income homeowners maintain safe, secure, and livable homes. We provide financial aid, technical support, and access to trusted resources to address critical repairs, from fixing plumbing and electrical systems to improving accessibility with ramps and grab bars. Our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each homeowner, ensuring their homes remain safe and comfortable while preserving their independence. By alleviating the financial burden of home repairs, we empower individuals and families to stay rooted in their communities and enjoy the stability they deserve.

What is Aging in Place?
