HDFC Support Program

Through the HDFC Support Program the Parodneck Foundation continues its original mission to help develop and preserve low-income, resident-controlled co-operative buildings.  The Foundation maintains a fund that it draws on to provide low-interest loans to HDFCs.  It also provides extensive technical assistance to HDFCs that are facing financial, management, or other difficulties.  Since its inception in 1970, this program has assisted over 6,000 units of low income housing.
